Privacy, Terms & Content Protection
These terms explain how Tapture handles orders, uploads, digital content, storage, backups and customer information.
Your content
You remain the owner of photographs, videos, messages, artwork, names, logos and other content you provide to Tapture. By supplying content, you give Tapture permission to store, process, reproduce and display it only where needed to provide the product or service you have requested.
Privacy
Tapture uses personal information to handle enquiries, orders, designs, uploads, payments, delivery, customer support and service improvements. Tapture does not sell personal data to third parties.
Storage and availability
Tapture aims to keep digital pages and uploaded content available, but no website, hosting provider or storage system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption. Customers should not rely on Tapture as the sole archive of irreplaceable content and should keep their own copies of important files.
Backups and continuity
Tapture may maintain backup copies of uploaded content to support recovery and service continuity. Customers may request a downloadable or USB keepsake copy so they can keep an offline version of important memories.
Acceptable use
Customers must not upload or provide unlawful, abusive, offensive, private, infringing or inappropriate material. Tapture may refuse, remove or restrict content that appears to breach these terms or the rights of others.
Payments and refunds
Custom, personalised, engraved, NFC or digital setup work may not be refundable once production or setup has started, unless required by UK consumer law. Payment details are confirmed directly after the enquiry has been reviewed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapture's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
