Uploads, privacy and guest access

Event uploads

Guests can upload photos, videos, audio, messages and memories to an event vault using the event link, QR code or NFC tap point.

Uploads remain private until the event hosts review and approve them for the shared gallery.

Host control

Event hosts control what is approved, hidden, featured or deleted from their vault. The public gallery only displays memories the hosts choose to share.

Guest details

Guest names and phone numbers are optional. A phone number may be used by the event hosts to share the final approved gallery link.

Guests do not need an account to upload a memory or revisit a protected gallery using the access PIN shared by the hosts.

Content rules

Please only upload content you are happy for the event hosts to review. Do not upload unlawful, offensive, abusive, private, copyrighted or inappropriate material.

Memorial vaults

Memorial vaults and NFC grave packages are designed to help families preserve memories, photos, stories, videos and messages in a respectful protected space.

Families remain in control of what is shared and who receives access.

Payments

Tapture payments are processed securely through Stripe where checkout is enabled. Product details, package contents and pricing are shown before payment.
